Ulrich Weitz

Ulrich Weitz is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has been the owner and chief executive officer of IBU-tec since 2000. After completing his studies he worked with OTIS GmbH, the elevator manufacturer, where he held managerial posts in quality assurance, design and production. He was Director of Manufacturing Engineering at OTIS International based in Paris. In 1998 Weitz joined Winkler+Dünnebier AG as Plant Manager where he was responsible for 750 employees in construction of special-purpose machinery.
